GCP regions Asia Southeast 1 (Singapore) and South America East 1 (Sao Paulo) available

Elastic Cloud is now available in the GCP regions Asia Southeast 1 (Singapore) and South America East 1 (Sao Paulo). You can select the new regions when you create new deployments.

Like other recently added regions, these support only HTTPS access for additional security.
