editThe request body for creating one or more APM Servers.

display_name(string) - The human readable name for the APM cluster (default: takes the name of its Elasticsearch cluster)

elasticsearch_cluster_id(string, required) - The Id of the Elasticsearch cluster to which this APM will be connected

plan(ApmPlan, required) - The plan for the APM Server.
